Making the World a Better Place, One Woman at a Time

🚑

Rescue

Destitute women who fit our criteria are identified from psychiatric wards, halfway houses, police stations, street dwellings including platforms. The process of scouting and adoption is done by a set of social workers (both attached and independent) who are trained to identify and interact with these destitute and mentally ill women. We take responsibility for each person rescued and Instill a sense of security and belonging into them.

🩺

Rehabilitate

Resident is provided medical care, food, housing, clothing, and a safe environment along with assistance to take medicine on time and therapies to prevent relapse. Along with activities of daily living like cooking, cleaning, and showering, marketable skills like animal husbandry, quilting, sewing, gardening, and jewelry making, integrated farming techniques, and organic compost and pesticide making are taught to the residents.

🏠

Restore

After integrating the required skills into the resident, we shift residents to semi-independent living quarters as the first step towards their independence. Then we identify family and start the process of going home. We Continue to provide medication and monthly contact to ensure continued maintenance treatment. Regular monitoring for medication compliance and supportive therapy to prevent relapses and catch early decompensation to relapses.
