On 12th February, hope arrived with stethoscopes and a few warm hands, at our Jibantala residence.
AVIEW organised a dedicated medical camp to ensure that every woman under our care received timely check-ups, guidance, and reassurance. For many of them, healthcare has often been distant or delayed. That day, it came to their doorstep with respect and kindness.
Vital signs were checked. Medicines were reviewed. Concerns were heard without judgement. Beyond prescriptions, what truly mattered was the feeling of being seen and cared for.
At AVIEW, rehabilitation is not only about shelter. It is about restoring health, rebuilding confidence, and creating a foundation where recovery feels possible. As an NGO for women empowerment in India, we believe access to healthcare is not a privilege. It is part of healing, and every woman deserves it.
Grateful to the medical professionals who stood with us and to everyone who supports this journey toward recovery and renewed strength.
